Monster Energy Pro Pipeline 2006

Monster Energy Pro Pipeline 2006

Solid 8-10 foot (Hawaiian Scale) waves are expected for the Billabong Monster Energy Pro at Pipeline on Oahu’s North Shore. The holding period begins tomorrow and it seems as though the surfers will already be blessed on the first day. Pancho Sullivan, Derek Ho, Mikey Bruneau, Makua Rothman, and Tom Dosland are among some of the monster competitors vying for some $30,000 in prize.

If you’ve never seen pipeline going off these next few days could be some of the best. Surf is supposed to hold steady through Tuesday with a high of 15 foot Hawaiian scale. That means 25 feet plus for you not from the islands. With the talent that will be on the north shore this weekend, try and make it up there if you get a chance.
