April is the month for Concerts in Hawaii. Although we’ve already seen our fair share of musical events, 311, UB40 etc, April is set to be a “rockin” month.

Elvis Costello - This Friday and Saturday Elvis Costello will be playing at the Blaisdell Concert Hall along with the Honolulu Symphony Pops

WAR, Linda Ronstadt, and the Steve Miller Band - Saturday will mark the return of Diamond Head Concerts featuring the Steve Miller Band as a lead act. Hopefully the weather will cooperate.

Michael Bolton - April 6th Michael Bolton will be playing the Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu.

Kanye West - April 9th Kanye West will come to Oahu to play the Blaisdell Arena. Maybe he’ll bring some guests and put on a show.

Jack Johnson and friends - Jack Johnson will be playing a benefit concert with Willie Nelson, Ben Harper and others at the Waikiki Shell in Waikiki on April 22, 2006. Come join the local boy for a good cause (tickets are sold out so scour Ebay for tickets.)

Damian Marley - Finishing up April will be Damian Marley at the Waikiki Shell.

For some of you looking for things to do on a rainy day in Hawaii maybe taking in Elvis Costello this weekend would be right up your alley. Not many people still living can say they saw Elvis in Hawaii.
