Big surf for the South Shore this Week

The Honolulu Advertiser had this to say about the incoming summer south swell.

“south swell will arrive late today, and should produce surf near the eight-foot level by tomorrow, resulting in a possible high-surf advisory.”

Now that the South Shore Sewage Spill has begun to be old news we suggest heading out in the water tomorrow for what’s going to be the start of a great summer. There have been some decent days in the past month or so but the breaks have been less crowded than usual due to the Ala Wai Sewage spill.

Now that bacteria levels have gone back to normal at almost all the great surf spots on the South Shore of Oahu we should expect a good group of people to be hitting the waves all day tomorrow. Maybe we’ll see you out there. For more information on great surf spots on Oahu check out our Oahu Surfing Page.
