The Hawaii Coffee Association moved its annual meeting this year from the Big Island, home of the world famous Kona Coffee farms, to the Island which is home to the nation’s (and states) largest coffee farm, Kauai.
The Alexander and Baldwin coffee plantation is on the island of Kauai where the meeting will be held this year July 21st and July 22nd at the Kauai Beach Hotel and Resort in the town of Lihue.
This year’s theme is “Education, Communication and the Pursuit of Common Goals.” One of those common goals is bringing the world great Kona coffee which is always at the forefront in the minds of small time coffee growers who want more restrictions on what people can call Kona Coffee.
