As some of you know, local fighter favorite, Jason “Mayhem” Miller has been on an ongoing case with which he was charged with burglary and assault. According to KITV news, Miller was in court today, and in an unusual turn of events, Miller and his lawyer showed some moves that Miller could have performed on one of the apartment’s tenants (Casey Hewes) when he broke into his girlfriend’s apartment. The picture to your left (source KITV News) shows Miller, on the bottom, showing the jury moves he could have performed on Casey which could have resulted in serious injury.
Miller also stated that the door “kind of fell in” when he kicked it down. It was stated that he was trying to get to his girlfriend, but Casey came in and tried to hold Miller down. A fight ensued, and Miller was arrested for burlary and assualt.
Lastly, Miller stated that he fought back because he could not breathe. Let’s hope everything works itself out. Miller has already admitted to the mistake that he made, and was on suspension by his employer, Icon Sport, a mixed martial art event held here in Hawaii. The suspension was lifted after Miller’s apology.
He also recently lost his Icon Sport Middleweight belt to Frank Trigg, on December 9, 2006.
