OK, first you’re probably asking where the heck is Tenerife.

For those that don’t know Tenerife is in the Canary Islands, which are located off the southern coast of Spain (also which my geography skillz were lacking on.) I’ve actaully wanted to travel to these spanish islands, and now I know of a Tenerife travel booking and information site to get me started. Sweet!

Although I do live in Hawaii, which makes traveling to other tropical islands sound kinda uneventful, it’s in Europe, and it’s part of Spain. And we all have heard how much those spaniards like to have a good time. Plus the pictures on the above website look pretty tempting. Laying by a pool, sipping some sort of blended goodness.

Also, I’m an avid golfer who loves to golf here on the island of Oahu. I’ve been wanting to take a vacation somewhere and focus it on golf and haven’t really found a place that would be golf friendly but also be cheap enough to golf on. I found some all inclusive deals that focused on golf over at this Tenerife site that seemed like they’d be interesting enough.

After checking out the site I decided to do a little more research as to where this Tenerife place actually is and what’s it all about. Of course my searchings led me to Wikipedia’s entry and I came to find out that it’s the biggest island of the Canary Islands and that they have a sweet bus system.
