Places like Zippys, Mc Donalds,Jack and the Box, Burger King an including Wendys resort to cheap labor to keep the cost of everything down, that includes the food you eat to the all you can drink soda fountain. These low wages go from the managers who poorly trained these employees to the poorly trained employees themselves. Just think, these resteraunts are filled with employees that are not choosing this minimum wage gig as a career but something to help them survive on they're way to a full blown career with a full blown salary that they will savor more. Another factor is that a lot of these fastfood eateries are getting foreign employees from 3rd world countries where english is not taught much. These poor souls come here thinking this is the land of the free and oppotunity. They end up flipping burgers because they see the minimum wage of flipping burgers actualy a fabulous salary compared to the few cents they made per an hour back in they're home country. Im not saying that poor service is right. Im irritated and see how fastfood ventures are getting worst in regards of service and yes Im peed about that fact too because we are putting hard earned money to it.
