It's unbelievable that no one thought of that; they stood by and let this man commit murder. They are all accessories to the act. I was beaten for 10 years by a local and I am a local too but don't live there anymore. My now ex got away with everything from several beatings that could have escalated to murder, he almost killed my father, he kidnapped my son (not his) and held him at gunpoint, he followed me and my mother and did everything but actually attack us. Watch the movie "The Burning Bed"...that was me and I sometimes wish I had burned him up or shot him to stop his psychotic acts but if I did, I would not have 2 more children who are the light of my life. However, this psycho still lives, makes good money, never paid child support and tells lies to my children; he apparently is living in a fantasy world. He is the one person that I and God know I can not seem to forgive. He made my life, my kids life and my family's life a living hell. The sad thing is that others in my family and those in his family knew what he was doing and they did nothing...they too stood by like cowards afraid. Now I suffer from the continued beatings to the head and the kicks to my back. I can not work and my only relief from the back pain which is caused by (him) and fractures and bone spurs in my lower back is to live in my wheelchair. He has never said he was sorry or admitted to what he did; according to him it was all my fault. If I read another story like this I just don't know what I will do. I don't mind immigrants living here, don't get me wrong,but if they are going to live here they have to adapt to our ways and our laws. Yes, we have laws and manors and a "civlization" here. If guys like this Ike Turner wanna be can't deal with it then go back to his island. And these guys wonder why they are loosing they're polynesian women to white men. It because the better gender would rather be wooed by chocolates and flowers then blows to our head so men can drag us back to they're caves for they're having. What did that huge Samoan man think? We would pat him on the back for what he had done and he could so romanticly walk off into the sunset with his pretty yet submissive corpse?
