		<description>Yeah, this rail thing is crazy. I can't believe theres even a question about linking the campus' into this plan. Hasn't anyone involved in this project been on the road in the summer compared to the school year?

What a goofy project this is. I don't really know anyone who thinks it's a good idea as implemented. Which isn't surprising as everyone is allowed to disagree. But when most of those disagree on about the same things... Then you gotta think somethings up.</description>
