On Earth Day, April 22, 2009, more than 10,000 people attended the first Green Market in Honolulu. There were more than 50 green vendors that offered their environmental iniciatives and concerns. This coming Wednesday, October 21, the Honolulu Weekly will be sponsoring the state’s third Green Market, held on Fort Street Mall in downtown Honolulu.
The green marketplace booths will operate from 9:30-3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21. Informations regarding everything from environmental change, restaurants, pet food, and gardening will be available for locals.
I will certainly make an effort to be on had on Wednesday, and I hope you will too!
