Be among the first to attend the First Annual Kona Jazz Festival on the grounds of the lovely Mauna Kea Beach Hotel Saturday April 10th 2010 from 2PM to 10PM.
The organizers of this event have gathered an impressive array of musicians, experience true World fusion with International artists Hiroshima, local legend though equally honored all over the World Cyril Pahinui, British-American blues-rock guitar-slinger Colin Johns, Big Island fave making big waves at age 21 Brittni Paiva a ukulele sensation, Island legends Alan Akaka & The Islanders and their sweet traditional Hawai’i’an music, and Jazz artist Maggie Heron who has been made more than welcome on the Big Island along with “Sax-Man extraordinaire” Paul Lindbergh and drummer Danny Steiner.
There will be ono kine grinds from Fujimamas, Huli Sue’s, and The Blue Dragon.
