You’ve probably seen it on the news, or heard about it on the radio, or maybe you’re one of the few who’ve tried the delicious coffee and smoothies served up by the zebra striped lingerie lunch wagon that’s roaming the streets of Honolulu. Wild Bean Espresso is hitting the streets and planning expansion.
That’s right, an idea that started out of a coffee shop in seattle, I believe Cowgirl Espresso Stands were the first to try this seductive method of luring customers to their coffee stands. But now, the idea has traveled to the islands and is making an interesting impression. For most, you could see similar sites just heading down to the beach. Most beaches have lunch wagons. So is it the same.
Where is the lingerie lunchwagon? It’s on Puuhale Road and Dillingham Boulevard. And yes, you can drive by for a sneak peak at all the… menu items you can handle. Red carpet and all.
They’re also thinking of opening their next lingerie lunch wagon in Kakaako on Coral Street. Now, recently I’ve become accustomed to getting my coffee at McDonald’s or Starbucks, but those are national chains, and you know I have to support local.
Also, if you want a little more risque pictures you can head over to the Wild Bean Espresso Facebook page for more information and to see what the latest items they’re serving up.
