80s Pop Muzik continues to present the most fun innovative events in Honolulu, wrapping up July 2010 with La Diosa Swimwear Fashion show starting at 9PM at Bar 35 in the Arts District Honolulu. La Diosa – - – Spanish for Goddess a word of praise for women. La Diosa a swimwear line created by Mariel Garrido Melchor and her husband, John Melchor, designed with the collaboration of Argentinean designer, Marina Bornand.
“Together they’ve combined the sexy and sophisticated style of Argentina, with the fun and comfortable style of the U.S. Mariel flies to Argentina to oversee the production of the swimwear, from stringent testing prior to being introduced to the market, to the design and individual craftsmanship, handcrafted piece by piece with the finest Argentinean materials.”
Several of Hawai’i’s finest fashion models will glide along the catwalk July 31st displaying La Diosa Swimwear their movements enhanced by 1980s music spun by DJs Nocturna and Modboy. One or more attendees will be the lucky recipient of a La Diosa swimsuit and others will snag cool jewelry courtesy of Moonglow Jewelry.
