Local solo artist James Logan Cole also leads the band Saltwater Heelers; a group of artists who, according to their Facebook page, “all share the same passion for surf, soul, and sounds.” April 13, 2011, they filled Surfer (The Bar) at Turtle Bay with some sweet sounds indeed.
