Experience the wonderful World of Dance when thirty of Hawai’i’s best dancers share their stories and weave a collective spell of imagery and story telling at the delightful Kennedy Theatre on The University of Hawai’i campus Friday, March 19th and again on Saturday, March 20th 2010 at 8PM.
“From The Horse’s Mouth” has wowed audiences across America and Canada as a collaborative celebration of dance under the guidance of New York city choreographers Tina Croll and Jaimie Cunningham. “The Horse’s Mouth” brings together dancers of every discipline and craft to tell a personal story through words through dance solo and then in interaction with fellow artists, each performance a unique one of a kind experience.
Stories as diverse as the storytellers the dancers themselves, stories of loss, love, triumph, tragedy, joy, happiness, stories sad, true, fanciful, humorous.
